Activity is high in Karagwe. A recent post shared the many achievements in the past two months. And what’s all the activity for? To bring social and economic prosperity to Tanzania through education.
ELCT/KAD has a strong track record of educating both women and men in the ‘feeder’ schools it has built or sponsored. It built and sustains many of Karagwe’s social programs that benefit AIDS widows and children, provide people ways to earn a living, and empower women to help make community decisions. We cannnot, nor do we want to, hinder our partners from transforming their own community through education. That is why ETI works alongside and hand-in-hand with our partners on the ground in Tanzania. We do not impose solutions or interpret problems without community inputs.
