Carol Riese served on the first ETI Board of Directors from 2011 - 2013. She was instrumental in helping shape a servant-oriented nonprofiit that focused on the priorities and intentions of the people of Karagwe. Carol enhanced many ETI initiatives by bringing her broad set of skills of business development and graphic art to ETI. She has a background in the publication industry (Agriculture) and business development with a variety of companies. ETI is indebted to Carol for her many hours of service, her ability to problem-solve and her smile and humor at all ETI events. Carol lives in Victoria with her husband and enjoys reading, gardening and her four-legged friends.
