Becky McCathie has served as a director on the board of ETI since September 2016. She first connected with ETI in 2015 when she, Jan and ETI intern, Katie Shepard helped establish a partnership with Victory Lutheran Church to raise money for ETI through a 5K fun run. Becky organized the 5K run, its volunteers, garnered support, exceeded financial goals and presented significant funds to ETI to support its programs.

Becky is a healthcare consultant and also serves as the Director of Quality at Mile Bluff Medical Center. She earned a Master’s of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University in 2008 as well as a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2004.

Married to Travis McCathie since 2007, the couple happily resides in New Lisbon, WI, are members at Victory Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie, and enjoy outdoor activities like trail running and traveling.
